CanWorkOne.SG Employment Pte Ltd is seeking a friendly front-line customer service professional to join our team. You will greet walk-in customers, handle payments, and provide information on our products and services.

You will assist customers with account-related requests, perform basic administrative tasks, keep filing and records, and help maintain a clean, welcoming branch environment while supporting daily operations. Experience in customer service or cash handling is preferred.

Formación

• Minimum education as stated, with basic computer skills.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Able to handle cash and perform simple admin tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Provide warm, professional front-line service to walk-in customers.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including payments and receipts.
• Attend to customer enquiries and share information on products and services.
• Assist customers with account-related requests and documentation.
• Ensure transactions comply with procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Perform basic administrative duties, filing and record keeping.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming customer service environment.
• Support branch operations and tasks assigned by the Branch Manager.
