SMARTE CARTE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is hiring for a airport baggage services position in Singapore.

You will handle customer inquiries, process cash and card payments with POS/BSS, and perform opening/closing cash settlements. You will wrap bags and upsell baggage services, while ensuring procedures and security standards are followed. The role requires good English, teamwork, and physical ability to carry up to 25 kg.6 days work week with rotating rest days, and fixed shifts.

• POS familiarity is a plus.

Duties

• Perform opening and closing settlement for POS and BSS for daily cash reconciliation
• Perform bag wrapping service and upselling of baggage services or products
• Perform acceptance and issuance of baggage deposits according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
• Conduct bag search in accordance to SOP and ensure compliance to security standards dictated by the management and Airport police
• Responsible for store cleanliness and image
• Any other duties as assigned by management

Job Specifications (Qualifications/Experiences):

• Familiarity with POS system will be on an added advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Team player
• Ability to converse in basic English
• Able to obtain an Airport Pass (Airside).
• Able to work on Public Holiday if rostered
• Able to carry up to 25kg luggage

*6 days work week with rotating rest day*

Working hour:

*6 days workweek, fixed shift*

Shift 1 : 6.50am – 3.10pm

Shift 2 : 2.40pm - 11pm

Shift 3 : 10.45pm – 7.05am
