Job summary

Smarte Carte Singapore Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a customer service associate to handle inquiries, process payments, and upsell baggage services. You will operate POS and BSS systems for baggage storage and other services, with a focus on delivering a friendly, efficient experience.

Shift patterns include two daily shifts; you must commit to at least 3 weekdays and 1 weekend per week. Salary is $11.41 per hour, with $12.41 per hour on public holidays.

Qualifications

• Availability to work at least 3 weekdays and 1 weekend per week.
• Customer service experience is beneficial.

• Attend to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service experience.
• Perform cash and credit card transactions using POS and BSS for baggage storage and other services
• Perform bag wrapping service and upselling of baggage services or product

Job Requirement

Must be able to commit at least 3 weekdays and 1 weekend in a week.

Working hours

• Shift 1: 1240 to 2100 (1 hour break)


• Shift 2: 1440 to 2300 (1 hour break)

Salary

• $11.41 / hour


• $12.41 / hour (Public Holiday)
