Job summary

GradeCool Air-Condition Pte Ltd in Tampines, Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our team. If you are friendly, responsible, organized, and enjoy communicating with customers, we welcome you to apply.

Training will be provided for the right candidate. You will handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp and email, arrange servicing, repair and installation appointments, prepare quotations and invoices, and assist with daily office operations.

Qualifications

• Customer service or administrative experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, organized and able to work independently.
• Basic computer skills.
• Training will be provided.

Job Requirements

• Singapore Citizen / Singapore PR preferred
• Customer service or administrative experience is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, organized and able to work independently
• Basic computer skills
• Positive attitude and willing to learn
• Training will be provided

Working Hours

Monday – Saturday: 8:30am – 5:30pm

• 1 week: 5 working days
• 1 week: 6 working days
• Sunday & Public Holidays: Off

Salary

$2,000 – $3,000 per month

Salary will depend on experience and incentive scheme.

Work Location: Tampines Area
