Job summary

GradeCool Air-Condition Pte Ltd in Tampines, Singapore, is hiring a Customer Service Executive to join our team. Friendly, responsible, organized candidates who enjoy communicating with customers are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.

You will handle inquiries, arrange servicing and installations, prepare quotations and invoices, follow up with customers, coordinate with technicians, and support daily office operations.

Qualifications

• Singapore Citizen / Singapore PR preferred.
• Customer service or administrative experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, organized and able to work independently.
• Training will be provided.

Working Hours

Monday – Saturday: 8:30am – 5:30pm

• 1 week: 5 working days
• 1 week: 6 working days
• Sunday & Public Holidays: Off

Salary

$2,000 – $2,800 per month

Salary will depend on experience and incentive scheme.
