Job summary

GradeCool Air-Condition Pte. Ltd. in Tampines, Singapore, is seeking a Customer Service Executive to handle enquiries via phone, WhatsApp and email, and to arrange air-conditioning servicing, repairs and installations.

You will prepare quotations, invoices and service documents; follow up on appointments and payments; coordinate appointments between customers and technicians; and assist with daily office operations. Training provided; salary $2,000–$2,800 per month.

Qualifications

• Singapore Citizen / PR preferred for the role.
• Customer service or administrative experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Responsible, organized and able to work independently.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp and email.
• Arrange air-conditioning servicing, repair and installation appointments.
