Job summary

GradeCool Air-Condition Pte Ltd in Tampines, Singapore invites applications for a Customer Service Executive. You will handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp and email, schedule servicing, prepare quotations and invoices, and coordinate between customers and technicians. Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone, WhatsApp and email.
• Arrange air-conditioning servicing, repair and installation appointments.
• Prepare quotations, invoices and service-related documents.
• Follow up with customers regarding appointments and payments.
• Coordinate appointments between customers and technicians.
• Handle general administrative and customer service duties.
• Assist with daily office operations.
