Job summary

GRADECOOL ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Tampines, Singapore is hiring a Customer Service Officer to handle customer enquiries, coordinate servicing, and prepare quotes and invoices.

The role offers training, a 6-day work week with rotating schedules, 8:30am–5:30pm, and salary between $2,000 and $2,800 per month depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Singapore Citizen / Singapore PR preferred.
• Customer service or administrative experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, organized and able to work independently.
• Basic computer skills.
• Positive attitude and willing to learn.
• Training will be provided.
