Job summary

GradeCool Air-Condition Pte Ltd in Tampines, Singapore invites applications for a Customer Service Executive. You will handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp and email, schedule servicing, prepare quotations and invoices, and coordinate between customers and technicians. Successful candidates are friendly, organized, and able to work independently.

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our team!

If you are friendly, responsible, organized, and enjoy communicating with customers, we welcome you to apply. Training will be provided for the right candidate.

Job Responsibilities

Salary will depend on experience and incentive scheme.
