Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Front Desk
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in.
- Handle guests enquiries.
- Resolve basic concerns, escalating more complex issues to the manager.
Facility monitoring & Operations
- Maintain cleanliness of location, ensure all areas are guest-ready at all times.
- Monitor and clean water features, ensuring proper hygiene, temperature, and presentation.
- Report malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
- Assist with minor upkeep tasks as directed.
- Oversee towel circulation: distribution, collection, and laundry coordination.

- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of cleanliness and presentation.
- Team player who communicates clearly and respectfully.
- Comfortable with basic tech.
- Able to perform light physical tasks.
- Prior experience in customer service, wellness, or hospitality is a plus.
