Key Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Front Desk
  • Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in.
  • Handle guests enquiries.
  • Resolve basic concerns, escalating more complex issues to the manager.
Facility monitoring & Operations
  • Maintain cleanliness of location, ensure all areas are guest-ready at all times.
  • Monitor and clean water features, ensuring proper hygiene, temperature, and presentation.
  • Report malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
  • Assist with minor upkeep tasks as directed.
  • Oversee towel circulation: distribution, collection, and laundry coordination.
