Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Support on all technical, operations, and logistic matters.
  • Handle and liaise incoming shipment.
  • Prepare quotation/Delivery order.
  • Update daily jobs on CRM system.
  • Follow up with Customer on site situation/installation date/demo/training.
  • Coordinate on all site installation/delivery schedule.
  • Any adhoc duties as per assigned.

  • In Charge of all contracts and liaise with customers
  • Reply emails and answer phone calls for customers enquiries
  • Schedule daily jobs
  • Update daily jobs on CRM system
  • Work closely with technical team
  • Any adhoc duties as per assigned
Requirement
  • Min ITE or diploma in Engineering Discipline
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Bilingual in English
  • Able to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers
  • Proficient in MS office applications
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Posses initiative and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
