Customer Service Officer
(Position 1)
Responsibilities
- Support on all technical, operations, and logistic matters
- Handle and liaise incoming shipment
- Prepare quotation/Delivery order
- Update daily jobs on CRM system
- Follow up with Customer on site situation/installation date/demo/training
- Coordinate on all site installation/delivery schedule
- Any adhoc duties as per assigned
(Position 2)
Responsibilities
- In Charge of all contracts and liaise with customers
- Reply emails and answer phone calls for customers enquiries
- Schedule daily jobs
- Update daily jobs on CRM system
- Work closely with technical team
- Any adhoc duties as per assigned
Requirement
- Min ITE or diploma in Engineering Discipline
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience
- Bilingual in English
- Able to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers
- Proficient in MS office applications
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Posses initiative and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
