The Customer Service Officer plays a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience at iGolf Academy. This role is responsible for liaising with clients on golf lesson scheduling, coordinating with appointed coaches, introducing golf programs and packages, handling corporate sales and events, and providing after-sales support to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
Customer Service & Client Liaison
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding golf lessons, programs, and academy-related enquiries.
Coordinate and manage golf lesson schedules between clients and appointed coaches.
Follow up with clients on lesson attendance, progress, and feedback to ensure a positive learning experience.
Handle walk-in, phone, email, and online enquiries professionally and promptly.
Sales & Program Promotion
Introduce and promote golf programs, lesson packages, and academy services to individual and corporate clients.
Provide clear information on pricing, schedules, and program benefits to support sales conversion.
Handle corporate sales enquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
Support upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client needs.
Corporate Events & Activities
Assist in organizing and coordinating golf-related corporate events, clinics, and team-building activities.
Liaise with corporate clients, coaches, and internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
Support event logistics, registrations, and post-event follow-ups.
After-Sales & Administration
Provide after-sales service, including follow-up on customer satisfaction and renewal of packages.
Maintain accurate customer records, schedules, and sales data in the system.
Prepare basic reports on customer feedback, sales performance, and event outcomes when required.
Support general administrative duties related to academy operations.
Diploma or equivalent; experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is preferred.
Prior experience in sports, golf, or lifestyle-related industries is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple schedules and tasks.
Comfortable with basic sales targets and corporate client engagement.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or customer management systems.
Able to work on weekends, public holidays, or during events as required.
