Job summary

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via messages and social media linked to our aesthetic clinic outlets.
• Manage e-commerce interactions, including packing and dropping off parcels for online purchases.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, including entering package and sales details.
• Handle order processing: verify orders, pack, and arrange delivery for timely fulfilment.
• Assist with stock checks and report low stock or issues; coordinate with warehouse as needed.
• Assist with minor video shooting tasks as required by the marketing team.
