Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a hands-on coordinator to drive day-to-day e-commerce operations, affiliate collaborations, livestreams, and occasional events. You will manage product listings, stock, campaigns, and coordinate with influencers and partners to execute promotional activities. The role requires strong communication, organization, and initiative, with Chinese and English language skills.

• Create and coordinate promotions, deals, bundles, vouchers, gifts & other customer campaigns across e-commerce platforms
• Find, manage and coordinate affiliate, influencer and other collaboration opportunities
• Coordinate with affiliates and creators for livestreams, product collaborations and other promotional activities
• Provide product knowledge and selling points to affiliates, influencers and collaborators
• Assist with and coordinate events involving Hong Kong / Taiwan celebrities, influencers and other guests
• Assist with livestream arrangements and on-site coordination
• Support other company marketing activities and ad-hoc projects when required
