Job summary

A Wellness Holdings in Singapore is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our digital marketing team. You will respond to customer enquiries, design persuasive messages to improve conversion rates, and manage appointments and CRM data (HubSpot).

You’ll support campaigns with sales and operations, track performance, and help automate chat experiences. The role requires a Diploma in Marketing or related field, proficiency in English and Mandarin, and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• At least a Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin.
• Experience in beauty and wellness industry is a bonus.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via all channels promptly.
• Design persuasive talking points to boost conversions.
• Book appointments in the system.
• Maintain customer data in HubSpot CRM.
• Coordinate campaign mechanics with sales and ops.
• Track daily trial sales and report weekly/monthly/quarterly.
• Enhance chatbot automation processes.
• Assist with tasks as directed by the manager.
• Office hours Monday to Friday; location Jalan Bukit Merah.

• Respond to customer enquiries via all communication channels timely, including whatsapp, call pm, email, etc.
• Design effective and persuasive talking points and messages to improve conversion rate.
• Booking appointments in system.
• Maintain customer information in CRM system, e.g. hubspot
• Brief campaign mechanics with sales and operation team.
• Track daily trial sales and provide performance report by weekly, monthly, quarterly.
• Enhance chatbot automation process.
• Assist in other tasks assigned by manager.
• Patient and good interpersonal communication skills.
• At least a Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Good at office software, e.g. excel, PPT.
• Must be proficient in both English and Mandarin due to marketing contents.
• Prior experience in beauty and wellness industry is a bonus.
• Willingness to learn.

Full time

Monday to Friday Office Hours.
