Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a logistics support professional in Singapore to coordinate import, export and transfer activities, ensure accurate inventory records, and support daily warehouse operations.

The role requires 1 year of experience in Import/Export, inventory management and WMS applications, and a Diploma or Degree in SCM or equivalent. You will work closely with customers, colleagues and internal teams to meet KPIs and drive smooth operations.

Qualifications

• N/O Level, Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• 1 year experience in Import & Export, Inventory management & WMS applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate import, export, and transfer activities to ensure smooth and timely operations.
• Manage inventory accurately by maintaining proper records and processing all inventory transactions.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, colleagues, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and achieve departmental KPIs while undertaking additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Collaborate closely with the warehouse team to support daily operational activities.
• Provide support to other functions within the department and assist team members whenever required.
