The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive Sales Support Executive in Singapore, located in Yishun. The role handles inquiries from international customers, drafts quotations, and processes purchase orders while coordinating with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery.

You will maintain sales records, prepare shipping documents, and support the Sales Manager with follow-ups and reporting. Working days are 5 with 8am-5.45pm hours.

Qualifications

• Experience handling sales enquiries and preparing quotations.
• Experience processing purchase orders with international customers.
• Ability to coordinate with production, purchasing, warehouse and logistics teams.

Responsabilités

• Handle sales enquiries, prepare quotations, and process purchase orders from international customers.
• Communicate with customers via email and phone to address product enquiries, provide order updates, and coordinate delivery schedules.
• Process and monitor customer orders to ensure timely production, shipment, and delivery.
• Work with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse and Logistics to meet customer requirements and delivery timelines.
• Prepare and maintain sales documents including quotations, invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.
• Maintain accurate customer records and keep sales information updated in the system.
• Support Sales Manager and Senior Sales Coordinator with follow-ups, sales reporting, and admin duties.
• Track order progress and resolve order or delivery issues promptly.
• Build and maintain relationships with overseas customers through professional, responsive service.
