About the role

Thong Lee Container Service Pte. Ltd. is seeking a talented and customer-focused Customer Service (Import & Export) professional to join our rapidly growing team. This full-time role is based in our Jurong West office and will play a vital part in supporting our import and export customers.

What you'll be doing

• Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to import and export shipments
• Processing and tracking import and export documentation
• Coordinating with internal departments to ensure the timely and efficient movement

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or logistics role, preferably within the import/export industry
• Strong knowledge of import and export procedures, customs regulations, and documentation requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively liaise with customers and colleagues
• Proficiency in using relevant software and information systems for tracking and managing shipments
• Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
