Responsibilities

• Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to import and export shipments
• Processing and tracking import and export documentation
• Coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely and efficient movement
• Providing updates and status reports to customers on the progress of their delivery
• Identifying opportunities to improve customer service and recommend process improvements
• Maintaining accurate records and data related to all import and export activities
