Job summary

SEARCH STAFFING SERVICES PTE. LTD. represents a local freight forwarder in Changi Airfreight Centre to hire for Consolidation Specialist.

You will handle customer enquiries, quotations, bookings and amendments, provide rates, flight schedules, routing and space availability, and coordinate bookings with airlines and service providers. The role requires a Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field with 1–2 years in air cargo customer service or sales support.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and experience with cargo booking/ERP systems.
• Strong communication skills for daily interaction with airlines, sales teams, and customers.
• Good organizational skills to accurately maintain booking data and track shipment movements.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude toward resolving shipment updates and enquiries.
