SEARCH STAFFING SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Cargo Customer Service professional to manage customer enquiries, bookings, and related coordination for airfreight operations in Asia.

The role involves providing rates, schedules, routing, and space availability, and coordinating with airlines and service providers to ensure smooth cargo movement. You will monitor shipments from booking to uplift, maintain accurate booking data, and support sales with quotations and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years in air cargo customer service, reservations, or sales support.
• Familiar with airfreight booking procedures, rate quotations, flight schedules, and space availability.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and cargo booking/ERP systems.

Cargo Customer Service

We are representing our client who provides airfreight wholesaling and General Sales Agent (GSA) services that connect airlines and freight forwarders across Asia in search of Cargo Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, quotations, bookings and booking amendments.
• Provide customers with rates, flight schedules, routing and space availability.
• Coordinate bookings with airlines and other service providers.
• Monitor shipments from booking through uplift and onward movement.
• Provide customers with timely shipment status and flight updates.
• Ensure booking and shipment information is accurately maintained.
• Liaise closely with sales, airlines and customers to ensure smooth cargo movement.
• Support the sales team with quotations, rate enquiries and potential shipment opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years in air cargo customer service, reservations, or sales support (applicants from freight forwarders, GSAs, or airlines are preferred.
• Basic knowledge of airfreight booking procedures, rate quotations, flight schedules, and space availability.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and experience with cargo booking/ERP systems.
• Strong communication skills for daily interaction with airlines, sales teams, and customers.
• Good organizational skills to accurately maintain booking data and track shipment movements.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude toward resolving shipment updates and enquiries.
