Job summary

Zen Career Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Order Processing professional to manage customer orders from initiation to delivery. You will verify pricing, quantities and documentation while handling inquiries related to products, quotations and order status.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with Warehouse, Logistics and Sales to ensure smooth order fulfilment and exceptional service, processing backend documentation for picking and delivery, and preparing quotations per approved

Qualifications

• Experience in processing customer orders with attention to pricing and quantities.
• Strong focus on delivering accurate and timely customer service.
• Ability to prepare quotations based on pricing guidelines and inputs.

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately, ensuring correct pricing and documentation.
• Respond to enquiries on products, quotations, lead times, pricing and order status.
• Coordinate and resolve after-sales issues including returns and delivery-related problems.
• Liaise with Warehouse, Logistics and Sales to ensure smooth order fulfilment and service.
• Process sales orders and backend documentation for picking, packing and delivery.

Job description

Basic information:

• 5.5 days between Mon - Sat, alternate Sat WFH 7am - 6pm
• Location: Joo Koon (West)
• Industry: FMCG / Food services

Job scope:

• Process customer orders accurately, ensuring correct pricing, quantities and supporting documentation.
• Respond to enquiries relating to products, quotations, lead times, pricing and order status.
• Coordinate and resolve after-sales matters, including returns, exchanges and delivery-related issues.
• Liaise closely with Warehouse, Logistics and Sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and excellent customer service.
• Process sales orders and backend documentation to support accurate picking, packing and delivery operations.
• Prepare quotations based on approved pricing guidelines and inputs from the Sales/Commercial team.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
