The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience, a positive customer-focused attitude, and good communication skills. The position offers a permanent role with a five-day workweek.

• Basic knowledge of sea and air shipment procedures is preferred.

• A able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high service standards and support customer satisfaction.
• Respond to customer enquiries on quotations and operations promptly.
• Handle enquiries, prepare quotations, and manage shipment arrangements.
• Coordinate with customers and overseas agents on shipment activities.
• Ensure timely completion of all documentation.
• Manage customer issues and prevent recurrence.
• Maintain accurate data and reports.

• Working Location: Loyang
• Working Hours: 5 Days (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM / 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + PB + VB+ AWS + Medical Benefits
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high service standards, support customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities.
• Maintain service quality through standard procedures.
• Respond to customer enquiries on quotations and operations promptly and accurately.
• Handle enquiries, prepare quotations, and manage shipment arrangements, including cross-trade.
• Coordinate with customers and overseas agents on shipment activities.
• Understand import and export processes.
• Ensure timely completion of all documentation.
• Support sales and marketing activities when required.
• Manage customer issues and prevent recurrence.
• Maintain accurate data and reports.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
