Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Logistics Associate to manage inbound and import shipments in Singapore from Changi Airfreight Centre.

You will liaise with overseas agents and relevant parties to resolve shipment issues and ensure timely responses to customer enquiries. Training will be provided, with a 5.5-day work week and a base salary of 2,200–2,600 SGD per month. Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or related field.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and import shipments in Singapore.
• Manage and follow up on import discrepancies.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints and feedback.
• Liaise with overseas agents and relevant parties on shipment issues.
• Reply to emails promptly within the same business day.
• Resolve customer and shipment-related issues.
• Coordinate import shipments for third-party delivery.
• Coordinate with the Operations team for courier labels and deliveries.
• Handle return, export and undelivered shipments (LHR, HKG, TPE).
• Monitor POD closure and maintain a 98% KPI.
• Arrange local and international ad-hoc pickups.
• Assist with billing codes and export processes when required (AAC & RPX).
• Perform other duties assigned by management.
