Job summary

Well Established Company is seeking a Customer Service professional to support the team at Changi Airfreight Centre. The role covers bookings, sea/air documentation, and liaison with carriers and customers.

Basic salary ranges from 2,800 to 3,200 SGD monthly with AWS and variable bonus. Training is provided for those with lesser experience, offering career progression and attractive welfare.

Qualifications

Possess minimum GCE ‘O’ level qualification with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
Knowledge in air and sea logistics is an advantage.
Training provided for those with lesser experience.

Responsibilities

To assist in the Customer Service department & reporting to team manager
To handle all sea documentation work like bookings, Bill of Lading etc
To handle all bookings for both air and sea
To liaise with air and sea carriers
To liaise with customers
Perform other assigned duties
