Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a logistics professional for an import shipments role in Singapore.

You will handle import shipments processing, billing, and coordination with customers, carriers, and overseas agents to ensure timely payments and smooth clearance. The position offers a basic salary up to SGD 4,500 with allowances, 5.5 day work week, and AWS + variable bonus with excellent welfare. Diploma/degree in logistics is required and 1–3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Logistics Management or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of relevant work experience in Logistics/Freight Forwarding.
• Able to work 5.5 days and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Execute import shipments processing efficiently.
• Billing invoices to generated accurately, timely and sent out promptly to customers to facilitate efficient payments by customers
• Perform checks on the approval cargo clearance permit/cargo conditions before releasing to Warehouse / Traffic
• Co-ordination and communication with various parties (including customers, carrier, co-loaders, transporters and overseas agents);
• Create billing, shipment details and permit declaration, email to customers or overseas agent
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
