Absolute Kinetics Consultancy Pte Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Executive to be the first point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional service. The role is full-time and located in Macpherson, Central Region, with options for West or North Region, offering a dynamic work environment and opportunities for professional development.

You will handle inquiries, provide solutions, document interactions and work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

1 year of customer service experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficient with computer systems including CRM tools.
Able to work a weekend day.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels in a timely manner.
Provide accurate information and effective solutions to address customer concerns.
Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and suggest process improvements.
