SGCM Pte Ltd | Sgcarmart in Singapore seeks a Customer Service professional to manage appointments, registrations, and enquiries from buyers and sellers, delivering courteous service throughout the vehicle transaction.

The role includes coordinating handovers, completing LTA transactions, and supporting documentation and admin tasks, with training provided for entry-level candidates; Mandarin skills are valued for Mandarin-speaking clients.

Customer Service

• Manage appointment bookings and customer registrations.
• Attend to enquiries from sellers and buyers.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the vehicle transaction process.

Operations & Administration

• Coordinate vehicle handover and collection.
• Perform Land Transport Authority (LTA) transactions.
• Assist with documentation and provide administrative and operational support.

Digital & System Support

• Photograph vehicles and upload information into company systems.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and system data.

Team Support

• Support daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow.
• Perform ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned by the Reporting Officer.

Qualification

• Entry level candidates with GCE 'O' Level / 'A' Level / NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma are welcome to apply. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
• Good command of English.
• Proficiency in Mathematics will be an advantage. "We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients."
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook). Experience with CRM systems is an added advantage.
• Prior experience in Customer Service, Retail, Hospitality, Sales, Telesales, Administration or the Automotive industry will be an advantage, but is not essential.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn, strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
• Applicants should currently be residing in Singapore and be available to attend an in-person interview.

Employment Details

• 13th month Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) and Annual Performance Bonus (variable).
• Location: OneKA @ MacPherson.
• 5 Days Work Week
• Off Day: 1 x Sunday and 1 x Weekday
• Working Hours: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm.
• Public Holiday: Base on duty roster. Off-In-Lieu (OIL) will be credited.
• Work schedule may be adjusted due to business requirements.
