Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Officer - Automotive Aftersales to be based at Alexandra Road in Singapore. You will be the first point of contact for customers, supporting service appointments and ensuring a smooth experience from arrival to vehicle handover.

The role involves handling calls, updating CRM records, arranging service bookings across multiple centres, and assisting with mobility and car care services.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
• Customer service or call centre experience will be advantageous.
• Comfortable handling customers both face-to-face and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist with their service enquiries.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Record customer interactions and update information accurately in the CRM system.
• Update customer, vehicle registration and ownership details.
• Verify warranty and service support information.
• Arrange service appointments across multiple service centres.
• Assist customers with mobility and car care services.
• Screen technical enquiries and direct customers to the appropriate Service Advisor.
• Coordinate vehicle and workshop scheduling to support efficient operations.
• Provide customers with general service information and follow-up expectations.
• Support product campaigns and service promotions.
• Arrange airport vehicle pickup/delivery when required.
• Monitor customer waiting times and ensure a positive service experience.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Assist with vehicle handover and provide customers with basic explanations of completed work.

Salary: Up to $2,800 + OT Pay
Monday to Friday: 7.45am - 5.15pm
OT may extend to 6.00pm
Alternate Saturday: 8.00am - 11.00am
