Job summary

QUOTZ PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated fresh graduate or school leaver to handle customer service, registrations, and inquiries during vehicle transactions. You will support operations, handle documentation, and assist with LTA transactions.

Successful candidates will receive comprehensive training, work in a fast-paced environment, and join a team focused on accurate records and excellent service. Proficiency in English, with Mandarin/Mathematics as an advantage, is valued.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates and school leavers welcome; comprehensive on-the-job training provided.
• Good command of English.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and Mathematics is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook). CRM systems experience is an added advantage.
• Prior experience in Customer Service, Retail, Hospitality, Sales, Telesales, Administration or Automotive industry is an advantage but not essential.
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn, responsibility, and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.

Customer Service

• Manage appointment bookings and customer registrations.

• Attend to enquiries from sellers and buyers.

• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the vehicle transaction process.

Operations & Administration

• Coordinate vehicle handover and collection.

• Perform Land Transport Authority (LTA) transactions.

• Assist with documentation and provide administrative and operational support.

Digital & System Support

• Photograph vehicles and upload information into company systems.

• Maintain accurate records, reports, and system data.

Team Support

• Support daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow.

• Perform ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned by the Reporting Officer.

Qualification

• Fresh graduates and school leavers with GCE 'O' Level / 'A' Level / NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma are welcome to apply. Comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
• Good command of English.
