Job summary

BYD (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a detailed Sales Administration professional to support daily operations, maintain CRM records, and ensure compliant documentation for vehicle sales and registrations.

You will coordinate with internal teams on inventory, orders, and schedules, and assist with campaigns, showroom events, and product launches. A relevant degree with 3–5 years in automotive sales support is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Sales Administration, Sales Support, or Sales Operations, preferably in automotive.
• Experience with vehicle inventory, import documentation, and product code applications is preferred.

Job Responsibilities

Sales Administration

• - Manage daily sales administration and support smooth sales operations.
• - Maintain accurate customer, dealer, and sales records in the CRM system.
• - Process sales reimbursements and ensure timely, accurate documentation.
• - Ensure all sales documents comply with company procedures.

Vehicle Inventory & Order Management

• - Monitor vehicle inventory and stock availability.
• - Track vehicle production, shipments, and new model launch schedules.
• - Monitor inventory ageing and provide regular updates to management.
• - Coordinate with internal teams to meet sales demand.

Vehicle Registration & Compliance

• - Coordinate with the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) team to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
• - Apply for Product Codes and prepare import and registration documentation.
• - Ensure compliance with all regulatory and import requirements.
• - Experience in vehicle homologation is an advantage.

Sales Support & Reporting

• - Prepare sales, inventory, and operational reports.
• - Respond to dealer and customer enquiries on vehicle availability, orders, and deliveries.
• - Support showroom activities, roadshows, exhibitions, and product launches.
• - Assist with sales campaigns, promotions, and incentive programmes.
• - Identify process improvements and support ad hoc projects.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• - Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Automotive Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.

Experience

• - 3–5 years' experience in Sales Administration, Sales Support, or Sales Operations, preferably in the automotive industry.
• - Experience in vehicle inventory management, import documentation, and Product Code applications.
• - Knowledge of vehicle homologation, Singapore vehicle registration, LTA requirements, and import procedures is an advantage.

Skills

• - Strong organisational, coordination, and communication skills.
• - Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• - Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
• - Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong team player.
