Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent cargo bookings assistant in Singapore to manage daily bookings, coordinate with airlines and customers, and update shipment details in the system.

You will liaise with warehouses, carriers and customs to arrange shipments, monitor statuses, and respond to customer enquiries to maintain strong relationships. The role involves collaboration with the Billing Team to ensure accurate invoicing information and adherence to shipment requirements.

• Assist customers with daily cargo bookings for various airline products.
• Coordinate with airlines to reserve cargo space and confirm bookings with customers.
• Provide customers with information on airline products and shipment requirements.
• Process cargo bookings and update shipment details accurately in the system.
• Coordinate with customers, warehouses, carriers, and customs on shipment arrangements.
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers.
• Handle customer enquiries and maintain good customer relationships.
• Work with the Billing Team to ensure accurate invoicing information.
