Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a logistics coordinator to manage daily airfreight bookings and interactions with airlines to secure capacity and flight reservations.

You will advise customers on products and requirements, maintain booking records, and update shipment information in the system. You will coordinate with warehouses, carriers, customs and customers to ensure smooth shipment handling, track shipments, provide status updates, and assist the Billing Team with invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily airfreight cargo bookings and customer requests.
• Liaise with airlines to secure cargo capacity and confirm flight reservations.
• Advise customers on airline products, booking requirements, and shipment arrangements.
• Maintain accurate booking records and update shipment information in the system.
• Coordinate with warehouses, carriers, customs, and customers to ensure smooth shipment handling.
• Track shipments and communicate status updates to customers.
• Respond to customer enquiries and resolve shipment-related issues.
• Coordinate with the Billing Team on shipment data and invoicing.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
