Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking an Air Export Operations professional in Singapore to coordinate shipments from booking through final departure, ensuring MAWB/HAWB compliance and accurate export paperwork.

The role requires liaising with airlines, ground handlers, transport providers and customers to ensure timely shipments, monitoring progress and resolving issues while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in air export operations or freight forwarding is a plus.
• Knowledge of MAWB/HAWB and export documentation is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end air export shipments from booking to final departure.
• Arrange cargo collection, consolidation, palletisation and warehouse handling per shipment requirements.
• Prepare, review and verify export documentation including MAWB/HAWB, invoices and packing lists.
• Liaise with airlines, ground handling, transport providers, customers and overseas offices for smooth shipment coordination.
• Monitor shipment progress and departure schedules to meet service timelines.
• Identify and resolve shipment irregularities and provide timely customer updates.
• Respond to customer enquiries regarding bookings, schedules, documentation and status.
• Monitor customer service requirements and KPIs to support service standards.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and partners.
• Perform other duties related to air export operations and customer service as assigned.

Air Export Operations

• Coordinate end-to-end air export shipments, from booking and cargo collection to final departure.
• Arrange cargo collection, consolidation, palletisation and warehouse handling in accordance with shipment requirements.
• Prepare, review and verify export documentation, including Master Air Waybills (MAWB), House Air Waybills (HAWB), commercial invoices, packing lists and applicable export permits.
• Liaise with airlines, ground handling agents, transport providers, customers and overseas offices to ensure smooth shipment coordination.
• Monitor shipment progress and departure schedules to meet customer requirements and agreed service timelines.
• Identify and resolve shipment irregularities, coordinating with relevant parties and providing timely updates to customers.

Customer Service

• Respond to customer enquiries regarding shipment bookings, schedules, documentation and shipment status.
• Monitor customer service requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support agreed service standards.
• Establish and maintain positive working relationships with customers and business partners.
• Perform other reasonable duties related to air export operations and customer service as assigned by the supervisor.
