Job summary

Wecruit Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a logistics coordinator to assist in daily co-loading operations and cargo bookings across multiple airline products. The role involves coordinating with airlines, customers, warehouses, carriers, and customs to ensure smooth shipment handling and accurate information flow.

You will monitor shipment status, handle enquiries, support invoicing accuracy, and assist the Manager in improving operational efficiency and customer service.

• Assist in daily co-loading operations and cargo bookings for various airline products.
• Coordinate with airlines to secure cargo capacity and confirm bookings with customers.
• Ensure the team understands airline product requirements and provides accurate information to customers.
• Oversee cargo booking administration and ensure shipment details are updated in the system.
• Coordinate with customers, warehouses, carriers, and customs to ensure smooth shipment handling.
• Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve shipment-related issues promptly.
• Support Billing Team to ensure accurate invoicing information.
• Assist the Manager in improving operational efficiency and customer service.
