Responsibilities

• Coordinate cargo bookings and airline capacity reservations for co-loading services.
• Confirm cargo space availability and booking details with airlines and customers.
• Provide guidance on airline product requirements and shipment procedures.
• Process bookings and maintain accurate shipment records in the system.
• Liaise with customers, airlines, warehouses, carriers, and customs on shipment requirements.
• Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates to customers.
• Handle customer enquiries and support the smooth operation of daily shipments.
• Work with the Billing Team to ensure accurate billing information.
• Perform other operational and administrative duties as required.
