Job summary

Minerva Works Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Sales Support/Customer Service professional in Singapore to handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and assist the Customer Service Manager with sales and marketing activities.

You will establish relationships with decision makers, draft contracts and quotations, coordinate with logistics for off-site deliveries, and ensure customer requirements are well documented and reviewed with the team.

Responsibilities

• Attend to incoming enquires and prepare quotation
• Assist Customer Service Manager in carrying out sales and marketing activities
• Establish close relationship and rapport with decision makers
• Develop strategies and plans to generate sale orders and new account
• Compile and document customer’s requirements and draft Contract Agreement as and when required
• Liaise with Customer Service Manager to review and discuss the proposed contractual requirements
• Liaise with Logistic Coordinator to arrange for off-site delivery activities
• Verify and register customer’s complaint if any
• Preparation of sales contract agreement and/or quotation
• Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company from time to time

Working Day : Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
