Job summary

Sika in Singapore is seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support the Sales Division with order management and customer liaison. You will coordinate incoming orders, liaise with Production and Delivery teams, and assist the Customer Service Manager to ensure timely deliveries.

Your role includes handling credit/debit notes when needed, coordinating transporters, and performing reception duties on a rotating basis. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate incoming orders and deliveries to customers with Production and Delivery Departments.
• Process credit note and debit note if necessary.
• Assist the Customer Service Manager.
• Carry out reception duties during lunch hours on a rotation basis.
• Identify complaints and report to the concerned department for guidance and assistance.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

1. Coordinate and support the sales activities of the Sales Division.
2. Coordinate incoming orders and deliveries to customers with:
   • Production Department
   • Delivery Department
3. Process credit note and debit note if necessary.
4. Coordinate every delivery order with a different transporter and driver.
5. Assist the Customer Service Manager.
6. Carry out reception duties during lunch hours on a rotation basis.
7. Identify complaints and report to the concerned department for guidance and assistance.
8. Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
