Job summary

MINERVA WORKS PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a role focused on attending to customer enquiries, preparing quotations, and supporting sales and marketing activities. The successful candidate will establish relationships with decision makers, develop strategies to generate orders, and draft contract documents as required.

They will coordinate with the Customer Service Manager and Logistic Coordinator to review requirements and arrange off-site deliveries, while handling complaints, contract

Responsibilities

• Attend to incoming enquires and prepare quotation
• Assist Customer Service Manager in carrying out sales and marketing activities
• Establish close relationship and rapport with decision makers
• Develop strategies and plans to generate sale orders and new account
• Compile and document customer’s requirements and draft Contract Agreement as and when required
• Liaise with Customer Service Manager to review and discuss the proposed contractual requirements
• Liaise with Logistic Coordinator to arrange for off-site delivery activities
• Verify and register customer’s complaint if any
• Preparation of sales contract agreement and/or quotation
• Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company from time to time
