Job summary

PROSPECT WORKFORCE SOLUTION PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a diligent Stockroom/Store Associate to support inventory accuracy and smooth product flows. You will maintain stockroom organization, assist in daily store operations, and ensure timely deliveries to the sales floor.

The role requires experience in retail or warehousing, familiarity with fashion or FMCG, and proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Working hours are 44 per week, with shift rotations in Bugis.

Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Here's a bit about the kind of team members we are looking for:
• Maintaining an effective and organized stockroom area.
• Executing store operations with particular focus on product flow to and from the sales floor.
• Provide feedback and support team members.
• Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, take ownership over them and use all available store resources to meet or exceed them.
• Inventory management - Prepare, manage & execute accurate bi-yearly stock take to avoid product shrinkage.
• Be knowledgeable of product performance (Best Sellers/ Black Hole) and arrange BOH plan accordingly.
• Ensure implementation of Model Store standards for BOH, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and general health and safety.
• Be a role model for stockroom operations and complete deliveries quickly and accurately while adhering to stock protection procedures.
• Commitment to team roster and positive attendance record.
• Accurately record and manage all inter-store and warehouse inventory movement and do this in a timely manner.
• Ensure adequate supplies to create an effective stockroom environment and continually maintain this (including all merchandise) within and around the vicinity.
• Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively and constantly replenish merchandising fixtures to ensure the store's entire product offer is represented on the sales floor
• Identify improvement opportunities and communicate suggestions to store management to drive operational efficiency.
• Collaborate productively and respectfully with team members.
• Make yourself available to support other team members when needed.
• Complete all applicable training programs and effectively apply the learning on the job.
