Overview

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing outstanding service and support at our Beauty Studio located in Dhoby Ghaut area.

Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, chat, or in-person.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as updating customer records and issuing payment invoices.
  • Resolve customer feedback, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Sugge st improvements to processes for better customer experience.
Requirements and Skills
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Competent in POS system
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Work Schedule
  • 5 day work week (required to work one weekend/week)
  • Work hours: 11-8pm (with meal breaks)
