Job summary

PECK TIONG CHOON LEASING PTE. LTD. is seeking a logistics professional to manage end-to-end order processing, ensuring timely updates to customers and smooth airfreight and sea freight operations.

• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese for liaising with clients.

Responsibilities

• Take in all orders from customers locally and overseas and process them before handing over to the operations team.
• Keep customers updated on shipment status or requests.
• Ensure smooth operation of airfreight, sea freight, import/export and cross-trade.
• Maintain good relationships with overseas agents and customers to drive sales.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure issues are addressed.
• Attend to and resolve customer enquiries.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders such as operations and sales teams for smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Takes in all order from customers locally and overseas and process them before handling over the operations team
• Ensure customer are constantly updated on their shipment status or request
• Ensure smooth operation of airfreight and sea freight shipment. Import and export and crosstrade
• Maintaining a good relationship with overseas agent and new/existing customers to promote more sales for the company
• Handle customers complain and ensure that all issues are addressed
• Attend and resolve customers’ enquiries
• Liaise with internal stakeholders such as operations, sales team etc. for smooth operations

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a N/ “O” Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Logistics/Transportation or equivalent
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking clients
• Minimum one year of working experience required
