Job summary

VALID ASIA PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is looking for a logistics and order fulfilment coordinator to support the sales team, manage internal customers, and handle order management from receipt to delivery. You will monitor order status, expedite schedules, and ensure resources are optimally allocated to meet customer expectations.

The role requires coordinating with factories, forwarders, and multiple departments, handling shipping, customs clearance, and invoicing in Navision or SAP.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business/Marketing/Supply Chain/Logistics.
• Experience in order fulfilment, logistics and shipping.
• Experience in handling shipping and customs clearance.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Experience working on reports using excel, powerpoint.
• Experience in dealing with customers in Global environment.
• Highly motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience in hands on billing system such as Navision, SAP.
• Positive mindset with good working attitude and able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to drive process improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
• Serve as contact point between the suppliers and internal customers.
• Process billing documentation.
• Other cognate duties as and when necessary.
