Job summary

REVUP PROSERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an organized freight forwarding professional to handle quotations, shipment arrangements and day-to-day operational matters in a fast-paced environment.

You will prepare freight quotations, coordinate with customers and overseas agents, verify import/export documents, and drive accurate data entry and timely updates while supporting sales and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics or a similar industry.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries on quotations, shipment arrangements and day-to-day operational matters.
• Prepare freight quotations and arrange the activation of import, export and cross-trade shipments.
• Coordinate closely with customers, overseas agents and internal teams to facilitate smooth shipment operations.
• Handle and verify import and export documentation, ensuring all required paperwork is completed within the required timelines.
• Follow up on shipment movements and keep customers updated on the latest status and any changes.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns or operational issues, working with relevant parties on corrective actions where necessary.
• Deliver consistent customer service by adhering to established processes, company policies and service standards.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date shipment records, reports and documentation.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives and other related activities when required.
• Carry out other duties and assignments as directed by management.
