Job summary

Richfield Marine Agencies (S) PTE LTD is seeking a Shipping Coordinator in Singapore to manage FCL export shipments, coordinate bookings, and prepare shipping documentation with accuracy and regulatory compliance.

You will liaise with customers, principals, and shipping agents, executing daily operations while seeking continuous process improvements and ensuring responsive customer service.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification in a relevant field.
• Experience in a shipping or freight-forwarding company.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related systems.
