Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a detail-oriented Order Processing Associate in Singapore to support the Order Processing team. You will prepare and prioritise customer orders, verify details, and ensure alignment with SLAs while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

In this fast-paced role, you will collaborate with Logistics, Customer Service, Warehouse and Finance to streamline order flow, resolve discrepancies, and ensure on-time dispatch and order fulfilment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in order fulfilment, processing, logistics or supply chain.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and prioritise customer orders for continuous workflow.
• Process customer orders accurately according to procedures and SLAs.
• Verify order information including availability, pricing, and shipping.
• Monitor order queues and coordinate with Logistics to maintain smooth order flow.
• Update order status in the Order Management System.
• Identify and resolve routine order discrepancies; escalate complex issues.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Warehouse, Logistics for timely fulfilment.
• Support inventory reconciliation and order verification activities.
• Prepare, pack and organise completed orders for dispatch.
• Coordinate with external delivery providers and act as contact for delivery-related matters.
• Ensure special delivery requests and urgent deliveries are fulfilled.
• Handle ad-hoc collection and delivery requests including internal document runs.
• Work with Order Processing, Customer Service, Logistics, Warehouse, Sales and Finance teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards and operational procedures.
• Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
• Support business continuity during peak periods or manpower shortages.
• Participate in cross-training initiatives to broaden capabilities.
• Undertake any other duties assigned by the supervisor
