UNITED PERSONNEL SERVICES is seeking a motivated professional to handle customer enquiries, coordinate orders, and prepare quotations. You will liaise with internal teams to ensure timely fulfilment and maintain accurate customer records. A diploma plus 2–3 years of relevant experience is expected, with SAP as an advantage.

This role requires strong Organisation, teamwork, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service, sales coordination or order processing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries via phone and email, providing timely assistance.
• Review customer requirements and coordinate product specifications and customised solutions.
• Prepare quotations, respond to RFQs and follow up on orders and technical enquiries.
• Liaise with internal sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints and service-related matters.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.
• Provide administrative and sales support, including preparation of relevant documentation.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification
• 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service, sales coordination or order processing
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; SAP is an advantage
• Organised, responsible and able to manage multiple tasks
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
