Job summary

Job Express Services Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service & Operations Coordinator to support front-line service counter, intake, and repair coordination.

You will greet customers, assess issues, route repair sets to technicians or external centers, and manage tracking and communication with clients via phone, email, or WhatsApp. Working hours are Mon-Fri and alternate Saturday; the role requires accurate inventory control and daily ERP/Excel updates to ensure timely status

• Front-Line Service Counter & Intake
• Greet customers, assess their product issues, and intake repair items at the service
• Route repair sets to internal technicians or external suppliers/factory service centres.
• Tracking System & Inventory Management
• Maintain, update, and manage a digital repair tracking system (or ERP/Excel sheet) daily.
• Provide regular status updates to customers via phone, email, or WhatsApp messaging.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:30am to 6:00pm, Alternate Sat 11:30am am to 2:30 pm

Salary : $2500-$2800
