Job summary

RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Executive (Sales Support) to assist customers and the sales team with orders and delivery fulfilment.

You will be the main liaison for order-related queries and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and on-time deliveries. The role covers end-to-end order processing, PO/DO/invoices handling, and maintaining accurate customer records in the system.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Order Management or related role.
• SAP HANA experience is a MUST.
• Good understanding of order processing and sales administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day customer support and respond to enquiries on orders and deliveries.
• Manage the end-to-end order process from order placement through fulfilment.
• Process and maintain Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO) and invoices.
• Coordinate with internal departments to follow up on order status, delivery schedules and customer requirements.
• Work closely with the sales team to provide timely sales and order administration support.
• Resolve order discrepancies and follow up on issues to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records in the system.
• Support other sales and customer service activities as required.

Location: Tampines
Salary: Up to $4,000/month
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive (Sales Support) to support customers and the sales team in managing orders and ensuring smooth order fulfilment.

You will be the key point of contact for customers on order-related matters, coordinating closely with internal teams to ensure orders, documentation and deliveries are handled accurately and on time.
