Job summary

UNITED PERSONNEL SERVICES is seeking a Customer Service / Sales Coordination professional in Singapore (Tai Seng) for a 5-day work week with a monthly salary of SGD 4,000.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, coordinating product specifications, preparing quotations, and liaising with sales & operations to ensure on-time order fulfilment. Diploma or equivalent is required, with 2–3 years’ relevant experience and proficiency in MS Office; SAP is a plus.

• 2 to 3 years of experience in customer service, sales coordination or order processing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP is an advantage.
• Organised, responsible and able to manage multiple tasks.
